Established in 2014 by Michael Farnham principal member of the firm with over 30 years professional construction engineering and management services launched the firm with a contract to provide the U S Congress Cost estimating, construction management and process review services of the Department of States Oversea Building Operations, ( OBO) Embassy construction program  worldwide. 

 

Since that time FCE has expanded its services to providing cost estimating, take off and development support services to a number of local owners, and contractors. This added value services allows contractors to increase their bid volume without substantial bottom line overhead cost increase.

 

Owners have found value in the pre-construction development phase of a project by earthwork analysis, and other large infra structure costs that at times affects the bottom line cost of a project.
